We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels; however, product availability is not guaranteed. Mystery Nail Company is not liable for any stock shortages or product unavailability.

Pricing and Payments

Country-specific discounts are valid only for orders shipping to the specified country. For example, a “20% off UK Mother’s Day Sale” promotion applies only to orders with delivery addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping

Mystery Nail Company offers free shipping on orders that exceed a specified threshold, which varies by destination country. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues.

Packages that are refused by the recipient or not received due to customer negligence (e.g., incorrect shipping address) will be refunded upon return to our warehouse, minus the cost of outbound and return shipping, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Taxes and Duties

Prices include applicable taxes for orders shipped to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. If no sales tax applies in the destination country, the purchase will not be taxed.

For all other international destinations, relevant duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Mystery Nail Company covers duties for most international shipments unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet our return criteria. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
