At Mystery Nail Company, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience to our valued customers worldwide. Please review the following information regarding our shipping, duties, and return policies.
We operate from both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and we offer international shipping to most destinations globally.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom and Hong Kong: 2 to 7 business days 
- International Orders: 5 to 10 business days 
- United States: 4 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by current trade policies and customs procedures. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we are unable to guarantee shipping timelines into the U.S. at this time. 
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is provided on orders over £40. 
- A nominal shipping fee applies to orders under £40 and will be calculated at checkout. 
Duties & Taxes
We aim to make the customs process as seamless as possible for our customers.
- For orders shipped to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. 
- In countries where local sales tax is not applicable, no additional tax will be charged. 
- All customs duties are covered by Mystery Nail Company. Customers will not be billed for any international duties or import charges. 
Undelivered or Refused Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is refused or not delivered due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), a refund will be issued only after the package is returned to our warehouse. The refund will be less the cost of outbound and return shipping, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. 
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. 
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are unable to process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of return confirmation. 
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
